Completed challenges become part of your portfolio that clients can see. Our AI also uses your challenge performance to match you with relevant job opportunities. The more challenges you complete, the better your matches become.

Each challenge has a suggested time estimate, but you can work at your own pace. There's no strict deadline - focus on quality over speed. However, completing challenges efficiently can earn you bonus XP.

We have opportunities across design (logos, social media, UI/UX), writing (content, copywriting, blogs), development (websites, apps), video editing, and more. Jobs range from small tasks to ongoing projects.

Once you complete a project and the client approves your work, payment is released to your Younglancer wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account or UPI. We support all major Indian banks and payment methods.

Yes! We use an escrow system where the client's payment is held securely until you complete the work. This ensures you always get paid for approved work. No more chasing clients for payment.

We charge a small service fee (5%) on completed projects. This covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and support. There are no upfront fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges.
